1. About ChronoQ

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ChronoQ mobile application and related ChronoQ services. By downloading, accessing, or using ChronoQ, you agree to these Terms.

ChronoQ is a travel timing, navigation, scheduling, and reminder application designed to help users plan journeys, estimate travel and departure times, organize events and routines, receive reminders, and use related planning features.

2. Safe Use and Navigation

ChronoQ is intended to assist with travel and time planning. Routes, directions, estimated arrival times, departure suggestions, travel durations, map information, and other guidance are estimates and may not always reflect real-world conditions.

  • Always follow laws, official signs, road restrictions, and instructions from authorities.
  • Do not interact with the app unsafely while driving, cycling, walking, or operating equipment.
  • ChronoQ is not an emergency service and should not be relied upon for emergency response or rescue scenarios.

3. Scheduling, Reminders, Calendar, and OCR

ChronoQ may calculate or suggest departure times, reminders, alarms, countdowns, or related scheduling outputs, but these features are planning assistance and not guarantees.

Imported calendar information, OCR results, extracted text, and event drafts may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing important dates, times, locations, and reminder details before relying on them.

4. Saved Data, Backup, and Permissions

ChronoQ may allow you to save places, retain route or trip history, store planner information, and create or restore app backup data.

You are responsible for safeguarding exported or backup files you create. Some features require permissions such as location, calendar, camera, notifications, or alarm access. If you deny a permission, features that depend on it may be limited or unavailable.

5. Third-Party Services

ChronoQ depends on services such as MapTiler, HeiGIT openrouteservice, OpenCage, Railway, and Google Play. These third-party services may change, experience interruptions, impose their own terms, or return incomplete or inaccurate information.

6. ChronoQ Pro and Google Play Subscriptions

ChronoQ may offer optional paid features through a subscription known as ChronoQ Pro. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.

  • The price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, and available offers are shown through Google Play before purchase.
  • If a subscription is auto-renewing, it renews according to the billing period and renewal terms presented by Google Play unless canceled under Google Play procedures.
  • You can manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through Google Play subscription settings.
  • ChronoQ does not collect or store your payment-card details.
  • ChronoQ may provide a restore-purchase function for eligible Google Play purchases supported by the app.
